PGT Hindi Teacher Position at Royal Academy in Lalitpur
Royal Academy in Lalitpur seeks an experienced PGT Hindi Teacher to lead advanced Hindi classes for senior students. This role demands deep subject expertise, curriculum development, and classroom management to ensure high academic standards. You will design engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and mentor teachers in Hindi pedagogy.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver advanced Hindi grammar, literature, and composition classes with a focus on modern language usage.
Develop and implement standardized evaluation methods for Hindi subjects, including written and oral assessments.
Collaborate with the academic team to align Hindi curriculum with national education standards.
Supervise and guide junior teachers in teaching methodologies, especially for Hindi language development.
Prepare and maintain subject-wise teaching resources, including textbooks, worksheets, and digital materials.
Attend departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and student performance trends.
Ensure compliance with Royal Academy’s policies on student discipline and academic integrity.
Qualifications and Salary:
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a graduate degree in Hindi or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in senior secondary or equivalent levels.
Experience in Hindi literature, grammar, or creative writing is highly valued.
Salary offered is Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
