Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver daily Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum.
2. Assess student progress and prepare detailed reports for parents and administration.
3. Create and maintain an interactive classroom environment that encourages participation.
4. Integrate modern teaching aids and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
5. Collaborate with fellow teachers to coordinate interdisciplinary projects.
6. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
7. Contribute to the development and revision of teaching materials and assessment tools.
8. Uphold school policies and maintain a safe, respectful learning space.
Qualification and experience
A graduate degree is required, with B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred. Candidates should have at least four years of teaching experience and possess strong command over Hindi language and literature. Knowledge of TET or CTET is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
Salary and location
Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, based on experience, for the full‑time position at Royal Academy in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh.
