Planning and Coordination
Develop annual and weekly lesson plans that integrate national and state-level physical education frameworks. Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to ensure alignment with Royal Academy’s academic and extracurricular goals. Organize inter-house sports events, tournaments, and fitness challenges to boost student engagement.
Student Support and Mentorship
Act as a role model for students, encouraging healthy lifestyles and discipline through personal interactions. Provide guidance on nutrition, sports nutrition, and injury prevention to support overall well-being. Foster a positive classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate actively.
Administration and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and participation in physical activities. Prepare progress reports and feedback sessions with parents to highlight achievements and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with school policies on sports equipment, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness.
The role offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, with the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and sports-focused educational institution in Lalitpur. A graduate degree is required, with at least four years of relevant teaching or coaching experience.
