Admission Counsellor Job in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
About This Role
Skd Academy in Lucknow is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to manage student admissions and enhance enrollment numbers. The role involves engaging with parents, coordinating with schools, and ensuring smooth admission processes. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior admission experience are preferred.
What You Will Do
1. Conduct campus tours and explain Skd Academy’s academic programs to prospective parents and students.
2. Manage daily admission inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits in Lucknow and surrounding areas.
3. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admission status using the school’s CRM system.
4. Organize and participate in school fairs, open houses, and parent orientation sessions across Uttar Pradesh.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create admission brochures and digital content for outreach.
6. Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely fee collection and documentation for new admissions.
7. Provide feedback to the management on admission trends and suggest improvements in recruitment strategies.
8. Assist in verifying student documents and ensuring compliance with school admission policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in admission counselling, sales, or customer relations is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills is mandatory. Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
