4. Plan and execute art and craft exhibitions, competitions, and events, promoting student creativity and innovation.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with local art communities, galleries, and organizations to enrich the school's art and craft programs.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the art and craft programs, making recommendations for improvement.
7. Supervise and mentor instructors, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
8. Contribute to the school's administration, providing input on policy-making and strategic planning.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a school setting. A post-graduate degree in a relevant field such as fine arts, design, or education is desired. While TET or CTET certification is not required, prior experience working with children and managing educational programs is essential.
