What You Will Do
1. Develop and implement engaging Art And Craft programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
2. Plan and execute Art And Craft projects, exhibitions, and competitions that promote creativity and innovation.
3. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to integrate Art And Craft into the curriculum.
4. Supervise and mentor Art And Craft students, providing guidance and feedback to help them improve their skills.
5. Maintain a safe and organized Art And Craft studio, ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
6. Develop and manage the Art And Craft budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
7. Liaise with parents and external stakeholders to promote the Art And Craft program and its achievements.
8. Stay updated with the latest developments in Art And Craft education and implement best practices in our school.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. A degree in Art And Craft or a related field is essential, while a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is not required. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in graphic design and digital media, is also necessary.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for a candidate with expertise in various Art And Craft techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking. Experience in curating exhibitions and managing Art And Craft programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with Indian art and craft traditions is also an asset.
