* Conduct career assessments to identify students' strengths, interests, and aptitudes
* Develop and implement career development programs for students

* Provide information about various courses, colleges, and universities
* Collaborate with teachers to integrate career development into the curriculum
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations
* Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in education and career guidance
Required Qualifications
* Graduate degree from a recognized university
* Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) required
* Preferably cleared CTET or TET
* 3 years of experience in career counselling or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
