Supervise junior dance instructors and provide feedback on teaching methods and student progress.
Coordinate with the events team to schedule rehearsals without disrupting regular academic activities.
Prepare progress reports on student performances and recommend improvements in skill development.
Manage the dance studio’s equipment and inventory, including sound systems and practice mirrors.
Liaise with parents during annual functions and address any concerns related to their ward’s participation.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in school dance programs or reputed cultural academies.
Familiarity with Indian classical, folk, or contemporary dance forms preferred.
Knowledge of choreography and stage presentation techniques for school-level events.
