Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive music program aligned with school objectives, including festivals, concerts, and workshops.
- Manage budgets, procure instruments, and maintain inventory, ensuring resources are available and well‑maintained.
- Supervise support staff, schedule rehearsals, and liaise with parents and community artists to enhance student exposure.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and report outcomes to senior administration.
- Foster partnerships with local cultural institutions, arranging guest performances and collaborative projects.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in music program administration or related leadership roles.
- Post‑graduate qualification in music or arts management; B.Ed/D.El.Ed preferred, with TET/CTET considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and events.
Salary and Benefits
