Responsibilities
The incumbent will oversee the music department’s administrative functions at Raj Estate Public School, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, resources, and events. Responsibilities include managing budgets, procuring instruments, and maintaining inventory records. The role involves liaising with senior management to integrate music activities into the school’s annual calendar and cultural programs.
Key duties cover organizing concerts, festivals, and inter‑school competitions, as well as handling logistics for guest performers. The post requires preparation of reports on department performance, attendance, and student participation for the principal’s review. You will also mentor junior staff, facilitate professional development workshops, and ensure compliance with state education regulations.
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a salary range of Rs.16,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, payable on a monthly basis. Additional benefits include transport allowance and opportunities for further training in arts administration.
