Day‑to‑Day Duties
Plan and oversee music events and performances.
Coordinate schedules for rehearsals and performances.
Maintain and update the music collection and equipment inventory.
Collaborate with the administration to budget for music resources.
Develop and implement music‑related extracurricular activities.
Communicate with parents about student participation and progress.
Prepare reports on program outcomes for senior leadership.
Represent the school at local cultural events and competitions.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have: Graduate degree, B.Ed or D.El.Ed, 3 years of experience in a school environment.
Good to Have: TET or CTET certification, experience with school music programs.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Creative vision for integrating music into the school culture.
Salary and Benefits
