A graduate with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is essential for this role. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly valued. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in schools, is preferred. Strong communication skills in English and a knack for adapting teaching styles to diverse learning levels are crucial. Familiarity with modern educational tools and a commitment to nurturing students’ creativity are equally important.
The salary for this full-time position is competitive, offering Rs.17,000 to Rs.34,000 per month.
