Qualifications and Requirements
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in English or related subjects. A graduate degree in English, Literature, or a related field is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred for candidates applying for this position.
