Who You Will Teach
Children in the Nursery to Upper Kindergarten levels form the core of your English Teaching Job in Lucknow. The classroom mirrors Lucknow’s diversity—different home languages, varied learning paces, and varied exposure to English. Your task is to make English accessible and engaging for all, without leaving anyone behind.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare and deliver daily English lessons using stories, songs, and visuals suitable for early learners.
Use differentiated instruction to accommodate varied learning levels within the same group.
Create simple flashcards, charts, and puppets to reinforce vocabulary and sentence patterns.
Conduct interactive activities like role-plays and rhyme sessions to build speaking confidence.
Maintain records of student progress in phonics, vocabulary, and sentence formation.
Collaborate with other NTT teachers to plan theme-based weeks (e.g., seasons, animals).
Organize circle-time discussions to encourage listening and expression among children.
Attend weekly staff meetings to share observations and plan next steps for each child.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Minimum 5 years of experience teaching English to pre-primary or early primary learners.
Preference for candidates with TET or CTET certification.
Willingness to work in a full-time, on-site role at Seth M.r.jaipuria School in Lucknow.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with inclusive pedagogy—adapting lessons for children with diverse learning needs.
Patience to repeat instructions and scaffold learning without rushing young learners.
