Work closely with the science department to bridge Evs with STEM concepts, ensuring interdisciplinary learning. Develop and administer Evs scholarships or bursaries for deserving students, expanding access to environmental education. Mentor new teachers in Evs pedagogy, ensuring consistency in teaching quality. Contribute to policy-making by submitting feedback on curriculum improvements and resource allocation for Evs programs.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential, with a strong foundation in environmental science. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in NTT-aligned schools, is mandatory. A passion for sustainability and experience in curriculum development or leadership roles in educational settings will be highly valued. Prior involvement in environmental clubs, research, or policy advocacy adds significant weight. Familiarity with Uttar Pradesh’s education framework and local environmental initiatives is a plus.
