Analyze board exam Hindi papers from previous years to identify common errors and design corrective drills.
Organize inter-house Hindi competitions such as declamation, essay writing, and patriotic song renditions.
Coordinate with the assessment team to ensure Hindi weightage matches CBSE or state board requirements.
Run parent orientation sessions on how to support Hindi learning at home in the Lucknow context.
Document monthly progress reports for each section and share insights with the principal.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Minimum five years of Hindi teaching experience in reputed schools, preferably in Uttar Pradesh.
CTET or UPTET qualified candidates will receive preference during shortlisting.
