This role requires a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, along with at least two years of teaching experience in Hindi or related subjects. While formal qualifications like TET/CTET are not mandatory, prior experience in language teaching or cultural education is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity in lesson design, and a genuine interest in preserving and promoting Hindi heritage.
