5. Conduct regular classroom observations and suggest instructional improvements.
6. Collaborate with the Head of Department to review and update assessment strategies.
7. Organize extracurricular Hindi activities, such as debates and cultural festivals.
8. Analyze student performance data to tailor interventions and enhance learning outcomes.
9. Represent the school in district-level educational forums and conferences.
What You Bring
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum two years of teaching experience in a school setting. Proven leadership skills, demonstrated by leading projects or teams. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a passion for Hindi literature and pedagogy. Ability to inspire students and colleagues alike.
