Role Summary
We are looking for a qualified and passionate NTT Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty at Amity International School. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of our students and inspiring them to develop a love for mathematics. You will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students from Class 6 to 10 and will be required to create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to students who need it.
Day-to-Day Duties
* Teach Mathematics to students from Class 6 to 10
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
* Conduct quizzes and tests to evaluate student understanding of mathematical concepts
* Prepare and submit lesson plans, progress reports, and other documents as required
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide mathematics programs
* Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents about student progress
* Attend school events and contribute to the overall development of the school community
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mathematics Teacher, preferably in a school setting. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field and a valid B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. While a CTET or TET certification is not mandatory, it is preferred. You should be passionate about teaching mathematics and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
Amity International School offers a competitive salary package of Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month.
