PGT Biology Teacher Position at Golden Future Public School, Lucknow
Golden Future Public School in Lucknow seeks a dedicated PGT Biology Teacher to inspire and guide students through advanced biology concepts. This role involves shaping young minds with a strong foundation in life sciences, ensuring engaging and interactive classroom experiences. Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging biology lessons, covering topics like cell biology, genetics, ecology, and human physiology. Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned with the school’s syllabus and national education standards. Conduct practical demonstrations and experiments to reinforce theoretical knowledge. Maintain a structured classroom environment, ensuring students actively participate and ask thoughtful questions.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, and unit tests to track progress. Collaborate with the biology faculty to refine teaching methods and integrate modern educational tools. Attend departmental meetings to discuss curriculum updates and student feedback. Participate in school events, such as science fairs or workshops, to promote interest in biology.
Periodic Responsibilities
Review and update teaching resources, including textbooks, lab manuals, and digital materials, to ensure relevance. Organize field trips or guest lectures to provide real-world applications of biology concepts. Conduct periodic evaluations of student understanding and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field with a strong academic background. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for a PGT role in a school setting. Two years of teaching experience in biology or a science-related subject is essential. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a valid teaching certificate would be an asset.
Salary and Location
