You will prepare engaging lesson plans, assess student performance through assignments and exams, and maintain detailed records of academic progress. Additionally, you will participate in faculty meetings to discuss pedagogical strategies and contribute to the school’s growth initiatives. Guest speaking at local business forums and organizing workshops on financial literacy will also be part of your role.
To excel in this position, you should hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field with at least three years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, while TET/CTET certification will be an added advantage. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, adapt teaching methods for diverse learners, and inspire confidence in students is essential.
