- Conduct internal assessments, prepare question papers and evaluate answer scripts fairly and timely.

- Contribute to the Business Studies Faculty Recruitment in Uttar Pradesh by assisting in organising seminars and workshops.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and uphold the college’s academic standards.
Qualification
The ideal applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Business Studies, Commerce or a related discipline with at least 55% marks. A NET/SET qualification is mandatory for the Assistant Professor level, and a Ph.D. is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of teaching experience at the college level, preferably in a similar Business Studies PGT Position in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Familiarity with the UGC guidelines and the ability to use digital teaching tools are essential.
Salary and Location
The position offers a salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.65,000 per month and is based at Unity College | Lucknow, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
