PGT Chemistry Teacher Position at Modern Academy, Lucknow
We are seeking a dedicated Chemistry teacher to join Modern Academy in Lucknow as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT). This role involves teaching high school students across Chemistry, ensuring engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the latest curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in subject matter, experience in classroom instruction, and a passion for fostering scientific curiosity among students.
This position requires a postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with at least four years of teaching experience. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory for this role. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial for career growth.
The teacher will be responsible for designing lesson plans, conducting experiments, and assessing student performance through practical assessments and written exams. Collaboration with the Chemistry department will be essential to maintain academic coherence and support student learning goals. Parent-teacher interactions will occur periodically to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
