Lucknow International Academy | Lucknow is looking for a dedicated PGT English Teacher to join its English department. This role involves teaching senior secondary students, helping them master literature, grammar, and language skills. Your classroom will be filled with eager learners, and you’ll shape their understanding of poetry, essays, and modern literature through engaging lessons.
The job comes with the responsibility of designing lesson plans that align with the latest CBSE curriculum while encouraging critical thinking. You’ll also assess students’ progress, provide feedback, and foster a love for the language through interactive discussions and creative writing activities. Since Lucknow International Academy values hands-on teaching, you’ll be expected to participate in extracurricular events like debates, elocution contests, and cultural fairs where English plays a key role.
To qualify, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree along with a postgraduate qualification in English or a related field. Four years of teaching experience, preferably in schools, will be highly beneficial. While TET/CTET isn’t mandatory, it will be a strong plus. Your ability to connect with students and inspire them in English will be the core of your success here.
