Key Responsibilities
* Teach English to students from class VI to XII
* Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
* Use smart boards and digital tools to create engaging and interactive lessons
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Develop and implement project-based learning activities
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum
* Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
* Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills
* Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
* Master's degree in English or a related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of English language curriculum
Preferred Skills
* Digital literacy and familiarity with online teaching tools
* Experience with Google Classroom, LMS, and smart boards
* Ability to integrate technology into teaching practice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
