About This Role
We are looking for an experienced PGT Hindi Teacher to join our faculty at Seth M.r.jaipuria School. As a PGT Hindi Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of our students. Your expertise in Hindi language and literature will help our students develop a deep understanding and appreciation of the subject.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver lessons on Hindi literature, grammar, and vocabulary to students of classes 9-12.
- Develop and implement engaging teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects and events.
- Contribute to the development of school curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents about student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training programs to enhance teaching skills.
- Supervise and mentor students during extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs and debates.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A postgraduate degree (M.A.) in Hindi or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the PGT level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature, including poetry, prose, and drama.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
