You will handle Classes 9 to 12, with a focus on CBSE curriculum standards. The class size averages 35-40 students, creating an environment where individual attention matters. Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE Hindi syllabus for senior secondary students. Prepare and update teaching plans weekly, incorporating modern examples from Hindi literature and media. Assess student progress through regular tests, projects, and oral presentations to identify strengths and areas needing reinforcement.
Evaluate monthly unit tests and term-end exams, ensuring fair grading and constructive feedback. Organize Hindi recitation, debate, and essay competitions to encourage expression beyond textbooks. Collaborate with the language department to maintain consistency in teaching standards across grades. Maintain records of lesson plans, attendance, and student performance as required by school policy.
Support students preparing for board exams and competitive Hindi language tests. Communicate openly with parents during PTMs to discuss academic progress and concerns. Participate in school assemblies and cultural events where Hindi language and literature are highlighted.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in Hindi with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school. B.Ed is mandatory; D.El.Ed will not be considered for this PGT role. Candidates familiar with CBSE Hindi curriculum and exam patterns will have an advantage.
