Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Knowledge of sports rules, training methods, and fitness standards
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification
- Experience in coaching school-level teams
- Familiarity with NCC or Scouts programs
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to manage large groups during sports events
- Basic first aid and injury management knowledge
- Leadership in organizing sports tournaments
- Familiarity with local sports culture in Lucknow
