About This Role
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons to students of various age groups
- Develop and implement Physical Education programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement Physical Education activities and events
- Maintain a safe and organized Physical Education environment that promotes student well-being
- Develop and implement strategies to promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among students
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and students on Physical Education-related topics
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Physical Education and sports
- Develop and maintain relationships with local sports organizations and communities to provide opportunities for students
- Keep up-to-date with new developments and research in Physical Education and implement innovative practices in the classroom
Required Qualifications
We require a PGT Physical Education Teacher with a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their B.Ed or D.El.Ed and have experience in teaching Physical Education. A valid CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
