Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle involve developing and implementing physics syllabi, coordinating with other subject teachers to ensure interdisciplinary learning opportunities. The teacher will also participate in curriculum reviews, assess student performance through regular tests and projects, and ensure compliance with the school’s teaching standards. Regular meetings with the principal or head of department will be part of this role.
Periodic responsibilities include attending departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum updates. The teacher will also prepare and submit progress reports, participate in faculty development workshops, and contribute to school events like science exhibitions or inter-house competitions. Ensuring that all teaching resources are updated and available for students is another key responsibility.
