- Analyse student performance data and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Conduct remedial classes for students who need extra help.
- Participate in departmental meetings and school‑wide academic planning.
- Organise science fairs and inter‑school physics competitions.
- Mentor junior teachers and share best practices in physics pedagogy.
Who can do this job
- Minimum post‑graduate degree in Physics.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- TET/CTET certification preferred.
