Pprt English Teacher Job in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Lucknow International Academy | Lucknow seeks an experienced Pprt English Teacher to join their dynamic team and bring fresh energy to their English curriculum. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping young minds through literature, grammar, and creative writing in a modern, student-centric environment.
Teaching duties include designing engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE syllabus while incorporating regional cultural references to enhance student interest. Conducting interactive classes in both English and Hindi mediums, ensuring students grasp vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills effectively. Preparing and grading weekly assignments, projects, and exams to track progress and provide constructive feedback. Organizing extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitals, and literary clubs to foster a love for English outside the classroom. Collaborating with the principal and subject coordinators to refine teaching strategies and curriculum improvements. Maintaining a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking among students. Adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning abilities and ensuring all students meet academic benchmarks. Participating in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development workshops to stay updated on educational trends. Ensuring compliance with school policies and maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance. Developing and utilizing digital resources like PowerPoint presentations, educational videos, and online quizzes to enhance learning outcomes.
Applicants must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience in English at the primary or secondary level. A graduate degree in English or a related field is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be highly beneficial. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, along with other perks as per Lucknow International Academy | Lucknow’s policies.
