Daily tasks include supervising craft sessions, troubleshooting material constraints, and collaborating with the principal to integrate craft activities into broader classroom themes. Your expertise in guiding students through creative problem-solving—such as designing sustainable projects or restoring heritage crafts—will be central to your impact.
For assessment, you will evaluate student work through portfolios, exhibitions, and teacher observations. Focus on both technical proficiency and imaginative expression, ensuring projects align with the school’s emphasis on holistic development. Practical skills like mixing pigments, cutting fabric, or assembling 3D models will be tested in real-time during lessons.
To qualify, hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in Art And Craft or a related subject.
