Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of three years of dance teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, preference will be given to certified candidates. Knowledge of local dance traditions in Uttar Pradesh will be an added advantage.
