About This Role
Skd Academy, a leading school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled PRT Dance Teacher to join its team.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a PRT Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching dance to students from class 1 to 10. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing dance curriculum for students
- Conducting dance classes and workshops
- Coaching students for board exams
- Assisting the HOD Dance in planning and executing extracurricular activities
- Maintaining student records and attending parent-teacher meetings
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of the school
- Conducting assessments and evaluations for students
- Maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for students
- Collaborating with other teachers to integrate dance into other subjects
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this position, you must possess a B.Ed degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. You must also have a strong background in dance and experience in teaching Indian classical and folk dances.
