What You Will Do
As a senior PRT English Teacher at Skd Academy, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing the English curriculum for classes 6-12
- Mentoring junior staff members to ensure seamless learning experiences
- Analyzing board results to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
- Conducting workshops for teachers to enhance their teaching skills
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate English with other subjects
- Developing English language skills of students through creative activities and competitions
- Preparing and conducting internal assessments to evaluate student progress
- Maintaining records of student performance and progress
- Contributing to the school's annual planning and budgeting process

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- A B.Ed degree from a recognized university
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in English
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
