A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required, with at least two years of teaching experience in environmental science or related subjects. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Strong communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a willingness to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners are highly valued. Experience with local environmental initiatives or community projects would be an asset.
