This role focuses on delivering engaging Hindi language instruction while fostering cultural awareness among students. Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily Hindi classes, ensuring interactive and age-appropriate teaching methods. Prepare simple lesson plans that incorporate grammar, vocabulary, and basic composition exercises. Use visual aids, storytelling, and group activities to make learning fun and effective. Maintain a positive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate actively.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Assist in organizing Hindi-related extracurricular activities, such as recitation competitions or cultural events. Collaborate with the Hindi department to align curriculum standards with state syllabi. Participate in weekly planning meetings to refine teaching strategies and share best practices. Keep parent-teacher interactions focused on progress in Hindi language skills.
Periodic Responsibilities
Prepare monthly progress reports on student performance in Hindi, highlighting strengths and areas needing improvement. Attend term-end evaluations to assess teaching effectiveness and adjust lesson plans as needed. Ensure all teaching materials, such as workbooks and handouts, are updated and accessible for students.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in Hindi. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Must possess a strong command of the Hindi language, including fluency in both standard and regional dialects relevant to Uttar Pradesh. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum guidelines is advantageous.
Salary and Location
