Requirements
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) guidelines. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrate strong command over Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literary works suitable for elementary students. Experience in teaching Hindi to young learners is a plus. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs is essential. Familiarity with CBSE or Uttar Pradesh Board syllabus is advantageous.
Compensation
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000.
