Reporting and scope

Student instruction – Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the state curriculum, using diverse teaching methods and classroom technologies.
Assessment and feedback – Design formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and track student progress to inform instruction.
Classroom management – Maintain a disciplined, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and respect for all learners.
Professional development – Engage in continuous learning, attend faculty meetings, and contribute to curriculum reviews and teaching workshops.
Parent and community liaison – Communicate student performance and progress to parents and participate in school events to strengthen community ties.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting. Proven ability to inspire students and demonstrate strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
Compensation and location
Full‑time position in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Salary ranges from Rs.17,000 to Rs.33,000 per month. The role is based at Birla Open Minds International School, offering a supportive and progressive teaching environment.
