Teaching Philosophy and Approach for Mathematics:
* Emphasize the development of problem-solving skills and logical thinking
* Foster a love for Mathematics through interactive and engaging lesson plans
* Encourage critical thinking and creativity in solving mathematical problems
* Make Mathematics relevant and applicable to real-life situations
* Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
* Teach Mathematics to students of varying age groups and abilities
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curricula
* Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
* Participate in school-wide professional development and training programs
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics curriculum
* Conduct assessments and exams to evaluate student performance
Subject-Specific Qualifications and Expertise:
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization in Mathematics
* Teaching experience of at least 2 years in a school setting
* Familiarity with the Uttar Pradesh curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Strong knowledge of Mathematics concepts and pedagogy
Skills that Make a Great Mathematics Teacher:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to changing curricula and educational policies
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest teaching methods and technologies

Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month
