Job Description
PRT Music Teacher Responsibilities
Teach fundamental music theory, instruments, and vocal techniques to students in grades 1 to 5. Conduct daily music classes, ensuring structured learning with practical exercises and group activities.
Incorporate age-appropriate music lessons, including singing, rhythm, and basic instrument play, to develop students’ musical skills and creativity.
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring clear and interactive teaching methods.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field as a minimum requirement. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for the PRT position.
Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is essential. Familiarity with music education standards and classroom management is beneficial.
Salary and Employment Details
Offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position at Modern Academy in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
