Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver Physics lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring that each student is challenged and supported.
2. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
3. Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, experiments, and hands-on activities, to make Physics engaging and interactive.
4. Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their best.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive Physics curriculum that aligns with the school's educational goals.
6. Use technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning, making the subject more engaging and accessible.
7. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about student progress and address any concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
