Curriculum planning and assessment are key—you’ll refine evaluation methods to measure student progress effectively. Mentoring junior teachers and supporting their professional growth is essential, especially in a growing school like Sr Global School. Participate in departmental meetings to align Science teaching with broader academic goals. Lead extracurricular Science clubs or competitions to boost engagement. Maintain compliance with Uttar Pradesh’s education board guidelines while adapting teaching methods for diverse learners. Develop partnerships with local science labs or industries to enhance practical learning. Represent Sr Global School at educational forums to share best practices.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required, along with three years of teaching experience in Science. Strong subject knowledge, particularly in Physics/Chemistry/Biology, is mandatory. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Leadership experience in curriculum development, team mentoring, or department coordination will be highly valued. Experience in implementing innovative teaching tools or digital learning platforms is a plus.
