Teaching Assignments
Teach Social Science subjects to students in classes 6 to 8, ensuring age-appropriate lesson plans that blend theory with practical examples. Develop interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement, especially in topics like Indian freedom struggle, global trade, and civic responsibilities. Collaborate with the subject coordinator to refine curriculum delivery and assess student understanding through regular assessments.
Classroom Management
Maintain a structured classroom environment where discipline and respect are upheld. Administer discipline as per school rules while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Participate in daily assembly programs and extracurricular activities to strengthen school culture and student participation.
Qualification
A graduate degree in Social Science or a related field is mandatory. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this role. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, having it will be an advantage for career growth within Sr Global School | Lucknow.
Experience
A minimum of three years of teaching experience in Social Science is required. Experience in schools with a focus on modern curricula, particularly those using CBSE or state board syllabi, is preferred. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and educational software is a plus.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and performance.
