St Anjanis Public School in Lucknow seeks a dedicated PRT Social Science Teacher to inspire young minds with engaging lessons in history, geography, and civics. Teaching duties will include designing age-appropriate lesson plans covering key social science topics such as Indian freedom struggle, democratic governance, and global events. You’ll conduct interactive classes, use visual aids like maps and timelines, and encourage group discussions to deepen student engagement. Assisting in school events like cultural fairs, debates, and field trips will also be part of the responsibilities. Regularly assessing student progress through projects, quizzes, and observations will ensure effective learning outcomes. To qualify, a graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in social science, would be highly beneficial. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
