About This Role
City Montessori School is looking for a capable Receptionist for its administrative team in Lucknow. The role demands daily interaction with parents, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional front desk.
What You Will Do
1. Greet and assist visitors, parents, and guests at the main reception of City Montessori School.
2. Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and maintain call records.
3. Handle student and parent inquiries with patience and accurate information.
4. Coordinate with different departments for smooth administrative operations.
5. Maintain visitor registers and issue identity cards as required.
6. Ensure the reception area is neat, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
7. Assist in distributing official notices, circulars, and school correspondence.
8. Support the administrative team during school events and functions.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in reception or administrative roles are eligible. Candidates should have basic computer proficiency in MS Office and email handling. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary for effective communication.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a school or educational institution is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, professional demeanor are essential. Knowledge of school administration software will be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs.25,000 to Rs.45,000 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PF, ESI, and access to school facilities.
