Manage student participation records, attendance at practices, and health clearance documentation as per school policy. Liaise with parents during sports meets and tournaments to explain schedules, expectations, and safety protocols. Prepare performance reports for senior management and suggest improvements for sports facilities and programs.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university. Minimum two years of experience in school sports administration or coaching in Uttar Pradesh preferred. B.Ed or D.El.Ed will be considered an added advantage for alignment with school systems.
