Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution of all sports activities across primary and secondary sections. Manage the school’s sports infrastructure, equipment inventory and maintenance schedules. Coordinate inter‑school tournaments, liaise with local clubs and ensure compliance with state sports regulations. Lead a small team of assistants, schedule practice sessions and monitor student participation records. Prepare periodic reports for the principal on performance metrics and budget utilisation.
Requirements
Minimum three years of experience in school sports administration or a related leadership role. Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET qualification considered an advantage. Proven ability to organize events, handle logistics and work collaboratively with faculty and parents. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, and familiarity with Uttar Pradesh sports bodies.
Salary
Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, payable as per school norms.
Location
Based in Sadar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves regular interaction with the local community and participation in district‑level sports initiatives.
