To lead the sports program at King George Inter College, we seek a dedicated professional with a passion for sports administration and student development. The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree with at least two years of relevant experience in sports management or related fields. A master’s degree in physical education, sports science, or a related discipline is preferred, though not mandatory. NET/SET certification is essential for those aiming to contribute to curriculum planning and policy development.
This role involves overseeing extracurricular sports activities, ensuring compliance with college regulations, and fostering a competitive yet inclusive sports culture. You will coordinate team training sessions, manage budgets for sports equipment and events, and collaborate with faculty to promote physical fitness among students. Leadership in organizing inter-house and inter-college sports events is also part of the responsibilities.
